What you’ll be doing
An Executive Assistant is responsible for high-level administrative support and project management, by conducting research, preparing presentations, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing itineraries and managing calendars, for an exciting and fast-paced Communications team.
- Demonstrating ownership in tasks, from ideation to completion.
- Assist in presentations and other reports and documents as needed.
- Manage in coordination with travel department travel plans, itineraries and expenses.
- Manage the Manager’s diary and appointments.
- Assist in presentations and other reports and documents as needed.
- Create and maintain database and spreadsheet files.
- Follow-up on progress of directives and projects managed by the Manager.
- Conduct research and prepare statistical reports.
- Arrange and coordinate events, if and when required.
- Handle all digital archiving of documents, records, and reports.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Be confident in liaising with relevant individuals, departments, and external customers and suppliers.
- Experience in project management; utilising tools such as Asana, Mural, Canva, AI systems.
- Full proficiency on all MS Office systems.
- Demonstrating ownership in tasks, from ideation to completion.
- This role will be suitable for someone diligent, detail oriented, someone focused on delivery.
- For this role you should be proactive and excellent at building relationships with key stakeholders.
