ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

1. Develop Internal Check Estimates.

2. Develop Engineering Model Reviews MTOs into Bills of Quantities with revised quantities & identifying Star Rate items.

3. Develop star rates for Star Rate items.

4. Change Management Cost Estimation of Internal Change Requests & External Variation Notices to Client.

5. Monthly Trend reporting for Cost Forecast Trends (ETC).

6. Support Engineering and Procurement Changes.

7. Cost optimization analysis.

8. Risk Analysis on Quantity and Cost Increase

9. Support Cost engineer/ Project Control in updating and issuing current/forecast Reports.

10. Support to SUB-CONTRACTORS with Commercial Bid Tabulation

11. Tender Package preparation and benchmarking.

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum five years of experience in large industrial or oil/gas projects.
  • Experience and exposure to cost estimating and quantity surveying is required.
  • Self-motivated, result oriented, pro-active individual who can work independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills with documentation and reporting are necessary.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
