We have a great opportunity for a dynamic and passionate individual to join our Human Resources team as Employee Relations Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources with a particular emphasis on fostering a positive workplace culture, enhancing employee morale, and organizing memorable company events. This role will play a crucial part in creating a vibrant and cohesive work environment within the complex.

What we are looking for?

  • Proven experience organizing and executing successful company events or initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with innovative ideas for enhancing employee engagement and creating memorable experiences.
  • Familiarity with HRIS software and other relevant tools is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently as an individual contributor while also functioning effectively within a team environment.
  • A passion for creating a positive work culture and fostering employee happiness and satisfaction.

What will you do?

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction levels across the complex.
  • Plan, organize, and execute company events, including but not limited to team-building activities, holiday parties, and recognition ceremonies.
  • Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify employee engagement needs and develop tailored initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless execution of company events and activities.
  • Design and conduct surveys, focus groups, and other feedback mechanisms to gauge employee sentiment and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead initiatives to celebrate employee milestones, achievements, and special occasions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with company culture and values.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR team members and other departments on matters related to employee engagement and events.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to employee engagement and events, and incorporate relevant insights into strategy development.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of employee engagement programs and events, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
