Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Lead the implementation and maintenance of oil analysis procedures to ensure alignment with standards.
• Manage Diesel Fuel Oil Testing Program and Periodic Surveillance Test for fuel oil and lubricant to ensure safe operations.
• Evaluate data for fuel and lubricating oils to ensure alignment with standards.
• Maintain and control the lube oil laboratory and analysis instruments to ensure alignment with standards.
Establish special oil analysis plan for the third-party oil laboratory to ensure alignment with standards.

• Conduct oversight laboratory Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) activities to ensure operational excellence.

Primary Water Quality Management / Radiochemistry
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Control and manage primary chemical facilities, sampling system, chemical injection system, chemicals and resins storage states to ensure proper operation.
• Oversee the addition of chemicals to the primary system and primary closed cooling water system to ensure proper operation.
• Oversee and evaluate analysis of chemical parameters and radionuclides to align with procedures and necessities for primary systems.
• Evaluate primary water system materials, fuel, and radioisotopes behavior with analysis data to ensure system integrity.
• Lead the implementation of the primary system radiochemistry program, policy, and procedures to ensure operational excellence.
• Develop and conduct the normal operation, shutdown, and start-up chemistry for primary systems to ensure safe and reliable operation.

• Oversee the addition of chemicals to the secondary systems and secondary closed cooling water systems to ensure safe operations.
• Oversee the analysis of chemical parameters according to the procedures and necessities for secondary systems to ensure safe operations.
• Manage the integrity of laptop and on-line continuous analyzers to ensure accurate monitoring.
• Evaluate the integrity of secondary systems and Steam Generator to ensure alignment with standards.
• Lead the implementation of the secondary system water chemistry program, policy, and procedures to ensure alignment with standards.
• Develop and conduct the normal operation, shutdown, and startup chemistry for secondary systems to ensure safe operations.
