Key Qualifications & Minimum requirements:

• FMCG experience a MUST

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role.

• Graduate – Preferred MBA in Marketing and Finance

• Sales Knowledge is preferable

• Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal  skills

• Good knowledge of reporting systems

• Responsible for brands handed over to the concerned

• Responsible for achieving budgets in terms of Revenue and Profitability

• In Market Execution follow up – Sales, Distribution, In Store Visibility , POSMs implementation.

• Forecasting, Costing and Budgeting of handed over brands.

• Responsible for the stocks – Forecasting in line to prevent expiry threat and maintain approved DIO

• Supplier Communication and coordination

• Fixing budgets with supplier for fiscal year planning

• Promo Costing, Planning and follow up on execution.

• Data analysis to suggest corrective action to sales team

• Aligned to work on NPDs

• Strategize promotional activities on ATL and BTL

• Analyze the pricing structure of a brand
