The Opportunity
We are seeking a Business Value Lead (BVL) to join our team.
The Business Value Lead will actively engage with a diversity of internal and external stakeholders to ensure the enlisting, product availability, and monitoring across the registered portfolio. The Business Value Lead will act as an Engagement interface for defined customers, leading procurement negotiations and inventory management discussions.
Your Impact
- Identify and review objectives, forecasting and monitoring of product availability & delivery, and inventory management within specified accounts
- Collaborating with relevant subject matter experts (SMEs) and Primary Points of Contact (PPOCS) to lead the enlisting process and product availability across the registered portfolio
- Leads direct procurement negotiations within accounts when needed
- Keep an accurate and up-to-date record of contacts, relevant interactions, and strategies
- Mapping external stakeholders within specified ecosystems/accounts
- Managing the existing relationships with stakeholders/accounts/authorities to ensure timely delivery of business objectives
- Fostering innovative access initiatives to maximize portfolio access and expansion in different health insurance plans and across sectors
- Identify, understand priorities, and develop relationships with Payers and Clinical stakeholders
- Have clinical data and economic discussions with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with PPOCs to identify priority focus accounts, co-create account plans and implement accordingly
- Regular review of plans considering any changes or market circumstances
- Engages with different private insurance companies to drive uninterrupted access across the portfolio
- Setting corrective measures and mitigation plans to support achieving objectives
- Ensure comprehensive compliance with Roche code of conduct and SOPs
Who you are
- You have in-depth knowledge of the UAE healthcare environment and systems, along with a strong scientific medical background
- You have a deep understanding of processes and governance
- You possess experience working in cross-functional teams and have experience formulating cross-functional strategies
- You have excellent customer engagement and management skills
- You are a sensitive leader who senses, reflects and responds
- You possess strong business acumen with desired expertise in commercialization and customer experience excellence
- You have the ability to understand and leverage digital means and tools for the benefit of all stakeholders is highly desirable.
