A Business Manager is responsible for driving a company’s business and increasing its revenue, identifying, and developing new business opportunities and building and expanding the presence of the company and its brands.

What You’ll Do?

    • Strategic Growth & Market Analysis:
    • Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in both current and prospective markets. Establish the company’s goals and objectives to guide operational strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business aspirations.
    • Team Leadership & Development:
    • Recruit, train, and mentor new employees to foster a high-performance culture. Conduct regular employee evaluations to determine areas for improvement, providing feedback and support to enhance individual and team performance.
    • Operational & Financial Management:
    • Design and implement comprehensive business strategies and plans to achieve company goals. Ensure all outlets have adequate resources—personnel, materials, and equipment—to function efficiently. Develop and oversee the company budget, conducting periodic analyses to maintain financial health and adherence to legal guidelines.
    • Performance Oversight:
    • Take full responsibility for the performance of all outlets, focusing on aspects such as general appearance, quality, taste, employee engagement, and profitability. Monitor and analyze operational effectiveness using metrics like P&L statements to drive improvements and maintain standards.
    • P&L Management & Revenue Targets:
    • Achieve revenue and EBITDA targets through diligent P&L management. Collaborate with Regional Managers to develop restaurant-specific Annual Operating Plans and set monthly business plans, regularly reviewing performance to ensure targets are met.

What Are We Looking For?

    • Minimum university degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
    • 10+ years of overall experience, with at least 8-10 years in senior management roles within the food service or hospitality industry.
    • 5+ years of operations management experience, with a proven track record of driving significant improvements in sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.
    • Extensive knowledge of performance metrics, product specifications, and advanced management systems.
    • Proven success in leading large teams and developing a high-performing organizational culture through effective coaching and mentoring of senior leadership.
    • Strong expertise in customer experience management, with a focus on implementing strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage complex budgets and financial performance, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
    • Fluent in Arabic and English (oral and written) is a must
    • Innovative, results-oriented leader with excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills.

Recruitment Process and Timeline
First, you apply, and our talent attraction team will review your profile. If your profile matches our requirements, you will receive a link to schedule a meeting with a recruiter at your convenience. This meeting is an opportunity for you to share more about yourself and for us to get to know you better.
If you are shortlisted, you will meet with our hiring managers. Depending on the role and its requirements, you may need to attend 2-3 interview rounds. These rounds could include a case study, role-play, trial assignment, or live coding session, which will be communicated to you in the initial conversation.
Upon successful completion of the interview rounds, your recruiter will contact you to discuss the offer. We aim to complete this process within 2-3 weeks.
