  • Enhance the department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Extensive regional travel is expected.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations, etc.
  • Working closely with staff across departments to implement the growth of the company.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
  • Assist with drafting marketing materials, website context, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
    Office Technology Responsibilities: Familiar with the operation of basic computer programs and associated systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, sales-related reporting systems.

  • Adheres to the requirements of the Environment Health and Safety Management System.
  • Adheres to the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Guidelines and Infection Control Guidelines.
  • Understands and adheres to emergency preparedness, fire safety and code policies/plans.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business management, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2+ years’ relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred
