Primary purpose of job Plan, control and manage the annual budget of the Department in coordination with the Finance Directorate on payables, budgetary and cost control matters. The incumbent will also be required to maintain all data on SAP including posting entries, process payments, and verify/reconcile accuracy of data. Experience & Skills o Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with advanced expertise and skills in SAP, and data/information processing including MS Office software applications (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint). o Fluent in English both written and spoken. o Ability to work collaboratively as a team player with members of the Legal Department, as well as other stakeholders. o Highly motivated, proactive, organized, and self-disciplined. Education o Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce or equivalent.
