The Brand Marketing Specialist is responsible for leading the coordination and execution of brand deployments and campaigns to maximize revenue through increased product sales

 

 

Key Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies that align with the company objectives and brand identity to achieve the company business objectives
  • Collaborate closely with procurement, space planning, operations, and visual merchandising teams to align marketing campaign and assist in achievement of annual budgets
  • Coordinate the deployment of brand activations and campaigns across various channels, including retail, digital, events, and more to maximize sales,
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives
  • Discuss marketing initiatives and build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders, provide support whenever required to ensure high level of instore executions and stakeholder satisfaction, maximize collaboration and achieve mutual goals.
  • Oversee the creation and optimization of trade marketing assets for brand partners, including marketing materials, promotional content, and merchandise to maximize sales.
  • Monitor our brand partners performance and consumer engagement to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvements.
  • Provide Line Manager with detailed weekly reports related to brand efforts including, but not limited to, business trends, brand partner needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, assisting in developing all new marketing activities and initiative to bridge revenue gaps,
  • Use design skills to prepare mock-up of new ideas and media proposals to deploy all promotions and campaigns and generate more sales,
  • Liaise with our brand partners Media and Creative teams in order to optimize the brand exposure and benefit thereof.

Qualifications
About you
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
  • High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with Minimum 5 years of job-related experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience
Job-specific skills & experience:
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, like Excel, SQL, Python, R, SPSS, SAS, Tableau Power Bl Mat lotlib Seaborn Plotl and D3.’s
  • Manage complex projects in a timely manner and within the allocated budget. Must be able to coordinate with the various stakeholders and resolve problems that arise along the way.
  • Successful track record in creating and executing effective brand activation and promotional campaigns
  • Excellent exposure in B2B and B2C marketing activities
  • Proven track record of successfully coordinating brand activations and campaigns, with strong retail activation and 360 coordination skills,
  • Knowledge of trade marketing along with Keen interest in the travel Industry and a strong inclination towards retail and brand management.
