Nespresso worldwide since its launch has enjoyed growth year on year. Our ambitions for coming years are sky high. Currently we are looking for B2C Marketing Manager with the mission to:
Own and manage the B2C product portfolio of coffee, machines, accessories and services, by translating and implementing global product launches & themes (IAP) to market needs, execute CRM calendar and initiate market specific local initiatives
A Day in the Life of a B2C Marketing Manager:
Own and manage the B2C product portfolio
- Develop the product strategy and commercial value proposition (incl. new products/services)
- Manage the portfolio of coffee, machines, accessories, and services
- Review portfolio performance continuously to understand and lead possible optimizations, e.g. promotion, pricing, portfolio rationalization, with support from data & insights
- Lead annual deep dives on market, trends and competitive development for coffee, machines, accessories, and services to fuel the local product strategy and marketing plan, in collaboration with Data & Insights
- Ensure the development, guarding and communication of coffee knowledge and expertise, both internally and externally
Translate and implement global product launches & themes to market needs
- Lead the execution of all permanent and non-permanent (IAP) launches in the area of coffee, machines, accessories and services
- Drive the activation (e.g. acquisition, promotion) strategy for B2C
- Oversee the execution of the CRM calendar
- Initiate market specific local initiatives
- Ensure continuous improvement through leading pre- and post-evaluations of product launches & themes
Management Team Responsibilities
- Drive the organisation’s business results by making tactical and operational decisions by building the department in a sustainable way
- Define and drive the right iniatives to achieve business results
- Support the Director in making optimal investments and decisions in the OP process for both CAPEX and OPEX
- Manage and monitor the budget within the subdepartment
- Drive improvements and efficiencies in the organisation by collaborating with other departments
People & Performance Management
- Attract and retain talent, develop the personal effectiveness of employees by regular coaching and implementation of learning activities
- Build a strong team where team members collaborate effectively and understand their shared goals and purpose
- Set individual performance goals that provide a clear line of sight to organizational priorities and monitor progress towards achievement of goals by use of the PDP methodology
- Lead by example in terms of NLF behaviors and safety leadership
- Build the Nespresso culture by promoting and supporting a happy, healthy and safe working environment that encourages teamwork, ambition and a high level of professionalism
What will make you successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commercial or any related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a leading role in Trade Marketing
- Worked for an organization with leading brands and a strong commercial mindset
- Experience in project management (of complex projects)
- Have worked in a multinational company before
