Department JOINT SERVICES OPERATIONS Primary purpose of job Helicopter operations is one of the highest risk offshore activities. In order to ensure the risk for all joint air operations in Qatar is kept to an acceptable level, the Aviation Safety Advisor shall be responsible to oversee Quality Assurance, Safety and Compliance of the aviation contractor, as well as conformance of QatarEnergy helidecks to applicable regulation. Experience & Skills • 3 years’ experience within the oil and gas industry. • Strong analytical skills. • Experienced and Certified Lead Auditor. • Accident Investigators qualification (oil or aviation). Education • Extensive experience in Aviation either as aircrew or engineer, helicopter background preferred. • Expert knowledge of aviation safety management systems.
