POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the guidance of Spa Attendant Supervisor, Spa Management and within the limits of the Spa policies, ensure the maintenance of the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all aspects of the operation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct
- To maintain a high standard of appearance and personal hygiene at all times as per Ritz-Carlton grooming standards.
- To be courteous to guests and other members of staff at all times.
- To be adaptable and accountable for all actions.
Duties
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the entire Spa in particular the changing rooms, toilets, showers, heat experiences plus relaxation & waiting areas. These areas should be kept neat, tidy and in accordance with the Spa management and Health & Safety guidelines and standards.
- Responsible for ensuring that lockers are stocked with clean linen and amenities at all times.
- Responsible for ensuring that all soiled linens are removed from public areas and fresh linen is always available.
- Responsible for guiding guest to heat experiences and relaxation areas and explain their use.
- Responsible for collecting fresh linen and delivering soiled linen to the laundry.
Training
- Must adhere to training as set down Spa Management and Spa Attendant Supervisor.
- Must attend all training courses as deemed necessary by Spa Management.
Other
- To assist with day to day running of the Spa.
- To assist all guests and other members of staff at all times.
- To attend to guests in both the relaxation room and waiting areas
- Assist with guest and members demonstrations and events.
- To perform any other duties deemed reasonable by Spa Management.
PROFILE:
Experience
- Must have a minimum of 1 year housekeeping experience with The Ritz-Carlton or another company.
