This is an exciting opportunity for an associate/senior associate to join the financial services investment team of a leading global private equity firm. The position is based full-time in Abu Dhabi.

What the job involves

• Support in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to expand and optimize financial services within the UAE.
• Support the execution of financial services investments in the UAE.
• Support in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, financial institutions, and corporate clients.
• Ensure all financial services operations comply with local and international regulations and standards.

Who we are looking for

• Strong experience in M&A, with a proven track record of success. Industry-specific experience is not mandatory
• Skills in managing counterparts and stakeholders
• The ability to relocate to Abu Dhabi
