As an Associate People Operations, you will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of our employees’ lifecycle, benefits, engagement activities, and overall well-being. Will work closely with the team to ensure the seamless administration of People operations programs and policies.

What’s on Your Plate?

Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health, gym, parking…etc.

Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives and activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to organize events that foster a positive work culture. 

Maintain accurate and organized document records, both digital and physical, while ensuring compliance with documentation requirements.

Ensure compliance with documentation requirements, including final waivers, experience letters, and onboarding documents.

Utilize HRMS to manage employee data, benefits, and records efficiently.

Coordinate well-being initiatives, ensuring a healthy work-life balance and addressing employee well-being concerns.

Manage the clearance process for leavers, ensuring the return of company assets and a smooth transition.

Support with contract management, payroll, and disciplinary cases.

Provide support to team members when needed, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

What you need to be successful

What Did We Order?

University degree or equivalent (preferably in Human Resources). 

1-2 years of experience in HR or People Operations roles.

Basic experience in using Microsoft or Google productivity tools and services.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Familiarity with HRMS systems.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to confidentiality.
