Associate Multimedia and Videography

Our client is one of the reputed operations in the Medical & healthcare industry looking to hire an energetic & young Associate Multimedia and Videography for their Marketing and Communications department and should be willing to be based for their operational office in Dhahran, KSA.
 

An experienced professional with  3 to 5 years of experience in multimedia, particularly videography and photography. The ideal candidate will have a fresh perspective on multimedia production, extensive editing skills, and a proven ability to work under pressure in a dynamic team environment. This role will support all videography and photography needs across the organization, contributing to various projects that enhance our brand’s visibility and engagement
 

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to :
 

Utilize advanced editing tools to create impactful video and photographic content. Experience with animation and video editing is essential.
 

Monitor and analyze social media trends to stay ahead of developments in video and photography content.
 

Ensure all multimedia content is aligned with our brand standards and meets project objectives.
 

Collaborate effectively with various departments across the organization, including HR, Nursing, and Physician teams, to support their multimedia needs and enhance communication strategies.
 

Work closely with the marketing, communications, and digital teams to develop and execute integrated multimedia strategies that amplify the organization’s brand and engagement objectives.
 

Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
 

Requirements

TO be considered for this role , you need to possess the below criteria:
 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, Multimedia, or a related field.
   
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in videography and photography, ideally in a social media-focused environment.
   
• Strong technical skills in video and photography editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
   
• Young & dynamic personality with excellent communication skills.
   
• Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable.
   
• Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
   
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
