Supervise the operation to ensure food safety practices are in place.

Oversee the application, orientation, and training of new kitchen team members.

Supervise KOT’s and dispatch high loads of orders while communicating with riders and vendors.

Supervise customers complaints and communicate with the restaurant support team to resolve orders issues.

Conduct daily audits & checklists in collaboration with the kitchen manager and other kitchen team members.

Supervise rider’s behaviour and communicate with logistics team to resolve issues.

Monitor efficiency in order dispatch, order quality and packaging standards.

What Did We Order?

Must have

2+ years in Kitchen management

Familiarity with a broad range of kitchen equipment and general facilities management

Microsoft Office: Word, Excel,

Strong communication skills.

Open to feedback and personal and professional improvement

Demonstrates punctuality, reliability, and sound judgement

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have 

Emerging expertise in cloud kitchens

Qualifications/certifications

HAACP certification

QC food safety training or degree preferred
