A Day in the Life
•    Order Management & Customer Service Excellence, processing and following up orders in accordance with current policies, procedures and work instructions.
•    Follow up the financial (payment) situation and control the fulfilment of contractual terms by customers in close cooperation with the Finance Department and Business Unit Managers.
•    Liaise closely with distributors and service providers on a day to day basis.
•    Maintain customer and material master files & support sales contracts.
•    Work on structural process improvements with customers and business unit managers.
•    Manage customer complaints and returns process.
•    Maintain return acceptance criteria & follow up on distribution hold notifications and return of held products to Medtronic suppliers.

Must Haves
•    Microsoft Office.
•    Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Supply Chain/Customer Service in a multinational company. 
•    Team player, innovative & strategic thinker.
•    Excellent communication skills & customer focused.
•    Fluent in written and spoken English.

Nice to Haves
•    SAP knowledge
•    Work experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industry
•    Understanding of end-to-end logistics processes
