The Associate Accounts Manager for Radiometer is responsible for growth & expansion of market share by incremental sales & profit margins, driving business development by managing professional relationships with customers, and implementing business strategy within assigned accounts and territory/ region. The key objective of the role is to satisfy the customer needs and thus drive sales growth.

 

This position is part of the Sales Function located in Dammam, Saudi Arabia and will be working in hybrid set-up. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

 

You will be a part of the Eastern Sales Team and report to the Sales Manager, Central & Eastern. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Achieve total and individual sales target according to each product line in the assigned region (Total Growth/Individual Sales Growth through sale of blood gas analyzers, POC immunoassay analyzers, transcutaneous monitors, POC IT solutions).
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth and increase brand awareness by establishing relationship with new customers & growing business at existing customer base, while driving favourable pricing.
  • Develop and deliver presentations and proposals. Negotiate prices and terms, prepare sales agreements/contracts to increase the competitive wins and grow market share. Achieve annual revenue targets by utilizing value selling for all assigned product lines.
  • Work closely with internal Clinical Application, Service, Marketing, Supply Chain & Logistics for ensuring customer excellence.
  • Utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain accurate sales funnel, customer contacts, activities and forecast for the assigned region.

 

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • University graduation in Laboratory Technology, Biomedical Technology, Health Science, Biochemistry, or equivalent qualification.
  • 3-5 years of relevant sales experience in Medical & POC devices/Diagnostic equipment in hospitals/clinical laboratories, with strong track record of Sales success.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Tools & CRM.

 

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Working with stakeholders from Critical Care unit such as ICU/ER.
  • Working in government sales/tender business.
