Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Credit Control Unit Manager in daily operational tasks and administration.
- Work daily on Excel sheets, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating to the Manager as needed.
- Assist in implementing policies, procedures, and performance standards.
Requirements:
- Any Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, accounting, or business administration.
- 0-2 years of experience.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
