Assistant Purchasing Manager
Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh at Kingdom Centre is looking for Saudi Nationals.
Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh is looking for an Assistant Purchasing Manager who will be responsible for and required to:
- Maintain harmonious and professional relationship with all departments Comply with and enforce Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
- Keep appropriate close contacts with business partners and constantly up to date with latest product and market information.
- Supervises the receiving, documenting and storage process and issues procedures as outlined in the policies and procedures manuals, ensuring product pricing, rotation and inventory levels as well as storage area sanitation.
- Acts as a team leader of Storeroom Clerks to ensure that the storerooms run smoothly and efficiently.
- Checks all incoming goods against delivery orders and invoices, food specifications and purchase records to ensure that the type, amount, price and quality of items charged and ordered are correct and maintain safe, sanitary and organized storage of all items.
- Issues, stores, prices and rotates all incoming goods for the hotel and maintains a good balance between levels of inventory items and on hand quantities in accordance to business needs.
- Controls purchase of non-food merchandise through effective purchase order system including competitive bids.
- Maintains security storage areas through controlled issue hours, requisition and key control.
- Conducts quality control audits to ensure staff is properly trained and following established procedures.
