As an Assistant Manager – Guest Service, you will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.  

The Assistant Manager -Guest Service is responsible to assist the Front Office Manager in managing the department as a successful department, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction in line with Hotel standards, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling the Front Office operations and its administration.

Qualifications

The potential candidate will ideally have:

  • Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager or  Team Leader – Front Office / Guest Service in a hotel.
  • Well developed communication and customer relations skills.
