You will have to ensure meticulous bookkeeping and compliance to all the statutory requirements. You have to ensure that the all the bills booked properly with all relevant documentation. The payment for vendors are made as per the required guidelines. You will have to review the financials reports and to present the analysis to assists other divisions to make sound business decisions to achieve their goals. You will have to manage the team members to be creative and innovative, challenging and recognizing them for their contribution to the success of the operations.

Qualifications

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Finance, Commerce, or Hospitality/Tourism management. CA certification would be an advantage—minimum 2 years’ work experience as  Accountant or Senior Accountant in a larger operation. Good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are a must.
