We are actively looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to join the finance team. If you possess strong reporting and consolidation skills, please read the below:

 

Job Description

  • Consolidation financial statements of subsidiaries according to relevant industry standards.
  • Review and reconcile intercompany transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Support the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures, ensuring consistency across all subsidiaries.
  • Liaise with external auditors during the audit process, providing necessary information and support.

The Successful Applicant

  • Being a Qualified or partly-qualified Finance professional
  • BIG4 previous or current experience
  • A proven experience of 3 to 6 years in consolidation and reporting; preferably within natural resources, holding, infrastructure, Oil & Gas or energy industries
  • Strong understanding of IFRS, particularly IFRS 10: ability to apply international financial reporting standards to consolidate processes.
