Job Description

  • Support the Head of Advisory by proofreading documents to ensure material consistency and delivery
  • Coordinate all arrangements for regularly scheduled and ad-hoc meetings including drafting and editing the meeting notes
  • Liaise with the managers to coordinate meetings
  • Draft and type correspondence, documents and other reports to ensure consistency with standardized formats
  • Handle the telephone calls, screen and route important calls to the Head of Advisory and confirm arrangements.
  • Follow all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
  • Perform other related duties or assignments as directed by the Head of Advisory as and when required
  • Follow up on issues and concerns which are addressed to the Head of Advisory, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature
  • Collect, manage, and analyze data related to department performance.
  • Track the progress of improvement initiatives and ensure they meet the desired outcomes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings, ensuring all necessary preparations are made.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Management, or a related
    field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a support/ administrative position that holds major
    importance and emphasis on confidentiality and that has an ongoing need to maintain secrecy
    and exhibit professional attitude.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint)
