What you’ll achieve
As a Project Manager, you will supervise external clients’ projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring technical compatibility and coordinating interdepartmental activities so the product or project is completed on schedule and within budget constraints.

You will:

Deliver projects with medium complexity and medium risk, prepare detailed project plan, coordinates project activities and deliver against the statements of work (SOW). Provide direction to the team during the project for both overall delivery and daily management of activities

Prepares, maintains and submits clear and concise activity progress reports and time recording/management reports to customers, management and sales

Ensures system-based project closure, controls financial compliance and provides input for weekly revenue forecast, and ultimately driving customer satisfaction in order to achieve exceptional customer experience

Ensure management awareness of potential issues or customer escalations and be the single point of contact during the project for all aspects of the engagement, ensuring transparency by regularly communicating project status to the project team and customer

Build strong, dynamic relationships through communications with customers, management, sales and delivery personnel. Articulate the full value of Dell Solutions and Dell Services business benefits to customers, identifying future business opportunities

Essential Requirements

4 to 6 years of experience as a services project or program manager, with the ability to successfully deliver on time and budget

Exceptional leadership, problem-solving and motivational skills

Strong knowledge of associated services and solutions

Self-motivated with strong ownership and accountability

Focus on quality and results, with a desire to maximize the commercial value of customer relationships

Desirable Requirements

Bachelors’ degree

Recognized project management certification
