Role Purpose:
Assist the Head of Internal Shari’a Audit Group in secretary-administration issues for Group “ISAG”.
Key Accountabilities of the role
- Implementing instructions and directives issued by the ISAG Head related to his office.
- Preparing, approving, and distributing various reports and correspondence according to instructions.
- Supervising the daily work of the ISAG head’s office and providing all the services and needs the in coordination with the relevant authorities inside and outside the bank.
- Coordinating meetings and verifying the completeness and accuracy of the necessary documents.
- Auditing correspondence, minutes, and reports and following up on their implementation.
- Coordinating with external parties and organizational units within the bank regarding the reports and documents needed by the ISAG head , and following up on the implementation of joint work requirements.
- Verify that transferred and incoming phone calls have been answered.
- Providing support for the requirements for the ISAG head’s participation in official tasks outside and within the bank.
- Supporting the team members in technical stuff of the PC/Laptop. Etc.
- Arrangements/Ordering of stationary & Pantry Items (Bimonthly Basis).
- Implementing any other tasks assigned by the ISAG head.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:
- Business Administration & Secretarial Diploma, Minimum
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Excellent command in Arabic & English language
- Excellent IT skills
Previous experience:
3 to 5 years’ experience.
