Job Description: As an Administration Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations and maintaining efficient administrative processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Office Management: Assisting in the smooth functioning of the office by managing supplies, coordinating office maintenance, and organizing workspace layouts.
- Communication: Serving as a primary point of contact for internal and external communication, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to inspections, reports, and client communications. This includes organizing files, data entry, and ensuring compliance with company protocols.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Assisting in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members. Coordinating with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders as needed.
- Financial Support: Assisting in basic financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciling accounts. Working closely with the finance department to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support to team members and management, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of office equipment and systems.
