At Hotel Indigo Jabal Akhdar Resort & Spa, we understand that outstanding financial management is essential for maintaining a positive guest experience and driving responsible business practices. We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounts Payable to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth financial operations while upholding our commitment to exceptional guest service.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate recording and timely payment of invoices.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Work closely with other departments and vendors to gather necessary documentation and resolve inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities and provide support for audits when required.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of financial processes and systems to drive efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to vendors and internal stakeholders, promptly resolving any payment-related issues.

What do we need from you?

  • Similar experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort.
  • Bachelor’s degree/higher education qualification/equivalent in Finance/Accounting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management software.
  • Good communication skills: verbal and writing (Arabic Speaking is an advantage)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
