• Take responsibility for assigned duties and tasks, ensuring all work is carried out professionally and on time.
• Deliver departmental plans and objectives while achieving hotel initiatives and targets.
• Collaborate with immediate reports to control costs and inventory while attaining productivity and performance levels.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships while promoting the company culture and values.
• Ensure adherence and compliance with all legislation, due diligence requirements, and best practice activities.

What We Look For in a Skilled Bartender
