Welcome to Fox Jobs GCC, a job-listing aggregation platform operated by Adam Apps Private Limited, located in Kozhikode, Kerala, India (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our website or services, you (“user”, “you”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue using our platform.

1. About Fox Jobs GCC

Fox Jobs GCC is a job-listing portal that displays job opportunities collected from third-party sources via APIs.

• We do not create, verify, or control any job listing.

• We do not offer employment, nor are we involved in hiring processes.

• All job applications are redirected to the respective employer or third-party website.

2. No User Accounts (Currently)

As of now, Fox Jobs GCC does not provide a login or user account system.

• You may browse job listings without registration.

• In the future, we may introduce account features such as saving jobs, alerts, and personalization.

• If account features are added later, you will be required to accept updated Terms & Conditions during signup.

3. Third-Party Job Listings

All jobs displayed on Fox Jobs GCC are:

• Fetched using external APIs;

• Owned, managed, and maintained by third-party employers or job providers;

• Linked to external websites where the user completes the application process.

We are not responsible for:

• Accuracy or completeness of job details,

• Availability of job posts,

• Hiring decisions,

• Errors or issues on third-party websites,

• Any communication between you and employers.

4. No Guarantees or Warranties

Fox Jobs GCC makes no guarantees, including but not limited to:

• Job availability,

• Authenticity or legitimacy of job posts,

• User success in being shortlisted or hired.

All information is displayed “as-is” from the respective API provider.

5. No Liability

By using our platform, you agree that Adam Apps Private Limited and Fox Jobs GCC are not liable for:

• Invalid, expired, or removed listings

• Misrepresentation by employers

• Delays or failures in application submission

• Rejection, non-response, or employer misconduct

5.2. Third-Party Website Issues

• Viruses, bugs, or errors on external links

• Data leaks or privacy issues on employer websites

• Login, access, or form submission problems

• Any damage or loss occurring while visiting a third-party website

5.3. User Actions

• Decisions made based on job listings

• Sharing of personal or sensitive data with third parties

• API providers may change, remove, or alter data without notice.

We are not liable for such changes.
