Procurement Supervisor

Implement procurement strategies and policies to optimize purchasing activities and achieve cost savings while meeting quality and delivery requirements.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procurement policies, such as ethical sourcing, sustainability, and diversity initiatives.

Resolve supplier-related issues, including disputes, quality concerns, delivery delays, and payment discrepancies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the procurement process.

Supervise and provide guidance to the purchasing team, including training, performance evaluation, and professional development initiatives.

Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices in Marine industry.
