Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Credit Control Unit Manager in daily operational tasks and administration.
  • Work daily on Excel sheets, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating to the Manager as needed.
  • Assist in implementing policies, procedures, and performance standards.

Requirements:

  • Any Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, accounting, or business administration.
  • 0-2 years of experience.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
