Aldar Education is currently seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Techno -Functional Consultant (Temporary) to support our growing family of owned, operated and managed schools in the UAE. The HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant will work closely with the business team to manage and implement new enhancements, projects, and change requests. This role involves contributing to business process improvements and realignment initiatives, ensuring that HR processes and their integration with other systems align with organizational goals. The Consultant will collaborate extensively with core business members and the digital transformation team. The Consultant will drive the re-imagination and redesign of workflows to support Aldar Education’s mission and achieve exceptional results.

Responsibilities

Main Duties:

Candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

Oracle Fusion HCM: 

  • Implement the Oracle HCM Process Areas modules (Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Self Service, Recruitment, Talent Module (Profile, Goal & performance Module) across the group

User Engagement and Requirements Gathering:

  • Regularly meet with end users to understand and define ongoing business and operational requirements.
  • Identify and resolve any existing system issues to ensure smooth operations

Business Process Analysis and Improvement:

  • Review, analyze, and document business processes, workflows, and operating procedures.
  • Provide recommendations for re-engineering processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaboration for Data Flow Management:

  • Work closely with senior management and various stakeholders to review and analyze system issues.
  • Collaborate on improving data flow management, ensuring that data is accurate, accessible, and effectively used for decision-making

Specific Duties: 

Technical Solution Delivery:

  • Implement and update the approval workflow management through transaction console & BPM workflow.
  • Data migration using HDL, HSDL, HCM Extract
  • Integration with different system through the OIC
  • Design the page on VBCS and PCS.
  • Developing complex BI Reports, OTBI reports, Dashboards, and SQL queries for data extraction
  • Customized and personalized the standard and redwood page per business requirement.
  • Design the new field and process as per the business requirements to support the automation within the department

User Support and Issue Resolution:

  • Provide day-to-day functional and technical support across all modules.
  • Address and resolve HCM module setup and configuration issues within SLA.
  • Providing training to the end user and super user.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications    

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum Experience  

  • Techno Functional consultant with below detail
  • 6 Years Oracle Fusion HCM Techno Functional Consultant worked on Global Human Resources, UAE Payroll, Absence Management, Goal Management, Performance Management, ORC)
  • The person should be 30%-Technical Consultant & 70%-Functional Consultant
  • Minimum handled 3 Implementation and 2 Support projects in All HRMS module

Job Specific Knowledge & Skills  

  • Implementation and Support Experience in Global Human Resources, UAE Payroll, Absence Management, Goal Management, Performance Management, ORC)
  • Must have exposure in Page Customization using Sandbox & Redwood pages.
  • Approval workflow management Through transaction console & BPM knowledge.
  • Data migration using HDL, HSDL, HCM Extract
  • Integration skills OIC integrations with VBCS and PCS. (Plus point but not mandatory)
  • Develop and customize BIP and OTBI reports & Dashboard
  • Upgrade and implementation experience
  • Expertise in Writing Debugging advanced Oracle SQL
  • Ability to work on all project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Production Support
  • Design the new field and pages as per the business requirements to support the automation within the department.
