Invoicing Coordinator (O&G, Invoice collection) (Kuwaitisation)

Job Summary:

To handle issuing invoices to customers based on deliveries of material and services, and following up through customers’ procedures and gateways until payments are received.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Third party invoicing to customers
• Ensure all billing documents follow Sox guidelines and customer requirements.
• Research issues as they arise and bring resolution in a timely manner.
• Visiting the clients’ offices to submit job tickets. Answer disputes and follow up with clients, operations and sales teams to resolve them.
• Liaise with operations team to prepare job tickets and service kit in preparation for invoicing.
• Liaise with accounting to record revenue accruals as needed as per company policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Technical Skills:

• Advanced MS Office Suite.
• Advanced skills in ERP systems, JDE or TAT experience a plus.

Experience and Education:

• Degree in finance or equivalent
• 2 years’ experience in a similar invoicing role preferably in an Oil and Gas company in Kuwait.

Desirable

• 3 years experience in invoicing at an Oil and Gas company in Kuwait
• Proficiency in Arabic and English
