Job Purpose:

 

The incumbent in this job is accountable for performing the Planner support activities that are integral in sales and distribution, budget plan and analysis, maintain contract agreement and customer satisfaction.

 

Key Accountabilities:

 

  • Gather and analyze customer(s) feedback and create respective reports and recommendations for customer relations improvement.
  • Monitor, control and ensure effective implementation of Customer Feedback system.
  • Prepare yearly users Budget as per their production plans in order to allocate Sabtank budget and then the user allocation in it as per the actual throughput.
  • Consolidate department report and KPI’s and maintain the inventory list of Generated reports within Department aligned with its frequency and progress in alignment with company Business Objectives.
  • Generate Customers utilization performance to Manager, Business Planning.
  • Communicates the importance of customer requirements and integrates quality, environmental, health and safety components of SabTank Integrated Management System and principles in all work activities.
  • Preparing and executing user(s) agreements(s).
  • Performs other duties as required.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in management or equivalent.
  • Special knowledge in Terminal / service / Shipping Industry.
  • MIS Background.

 

 

Minimum Experience:

 

  • Minimum of two (2) years in Business planning.

Job Specific Skills:

  • Intimate knowledge of logistics operations and strategy; In-depth knowledge of transporting and storing hazardous goods and related legislation, logistics / shipping contracts, negotiations, people management and development; account and relationship management, fiscal & legal affairs
  • Ability to deal effectively and tactfully with people of various types and organizational levels.
  • In depth understanding of the company’s role and functions.
  • Thorough knowledge of port activity Logistic and Planning.
  • Knowledge of quality, environmental, health and safety aspects associated with the activities related to the job.
  • Thorough knowledge of computer use.
  • Fluent in English (Speak, Read and Write).
