Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for the cluster, collaborating with business units to develop financial plans aligned with strategic objectives. Monitor performance against budget and forecast, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions as needed.
- Financial Analysis:
Conduct thorough financial analysis to support decision-making and optimize resource allocation. Provide insights into key financial metrics, trends, and performance indicators to senior management and business stakeholders.
- Internal Controls:
Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. Compliance and Regulatory Reporting: Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, accounting standards, and other statutory requirements across the cluster. Prepare and submit regulatory reports and filings accurately and on time.
- Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies and initiatives that support business growth and profitability objectives. Provide financial guidance and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.
- Team Leadership:
Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to foster a high-performance culture. Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing within the finance team and across the organization.
- Stakeholder Management:
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business partners, auditors, regulators, and financial institutions. Communicate financial performance, risks, and opportunities effectively to stakeholders at all levels
What makes you great
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or completed CA Inter.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office suite
