Cluster Reservations Agent

Summary

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Cluster Reservations Agent is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Reservations department

Qualifications

An ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum one year prior experience in reservations.
• Must have computer and systems proficiencies; particularly Microsoft Windows and Office.  
• Experienced with Opera (PMS), Reserve.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
