Our client is a renowned hospital currently looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist in healthcare for the Saudi Arabia location.
 

 

In this role you will be responsible for:-
 

 

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Marketing Specialist with over 10 years of marketing experience, ideally within the healthcare sector, to oversee and drive our marketing verticals.
 

The role demands a strategic thinker who can lead our marketing communications, manage service line marketing for both medical and surgical specialties, and act as the brand custodian. The successful candidate will be a key player at the intersection of marketing, communications, and digital strategies, ensuring that our brand’s message is consistent and impactful across all media.
 

 

Responsibilities:
 

ï‚· Marketing Communications Strategy:
 

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communications strategies that effectively convey our brand message and support our organizational goals.
 

ï‚· Service Line Marketing: Lead targeted marketing efforts for our medical and surgical service lines, creating tailored strategies that address the unique challenges and opportunities of each specialty.
 

ï‚· Brand Management: Serve as the brand custodian, overseeing all brand initiatives and approvals to ensure brand consistency and integrity across all platforms and materials.
 

ï‚· Design and Multimedia Production: Oversee the design and production of marketing materials, including working with external vendors for photography and videography needs. Ensure that all creative assets meet our standards of quality and effectiveness.
 

ï‚· Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Communications and
 

Digital leads to integrate marketing strategies with broader organizational communications and digital initiatives.
 

ï‚· Leadership and Team Development: Mentor and develop junior marketing team members, fostering a collaborative team environment and ensuring professional growth.
 

ï‚· Market Analysis and Reporting: Analyze market trends and performance data to inform strategic decisions and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.
 

ï‚· Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
 

Manage relationships with external vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely execution of marketing projects and alignment with our strategic goals.
 

 

Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you need to meet the following criteria:
 

 

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
 

ï‚· Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within marketing communications at blue-chip
 

multinationals or major marketing agencies (Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus)
 

ï‚· Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies for healthcare services.
 

ï‚· Strong understanding of brand management, digital marketing tools, multimedia production, and CRM systems.
 

ï‚· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
 

Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with all levels of management.
 

ï‚· Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
 

 

Additional Requirements:
 

ï‚· Ability to travel as needed
 

ï‚· Proficiency with marketing software and tools, including CRM and content management systems.
