In this role, will be responsible to exceed/achieve budgeted revenue for the assigned station (Doha). Protect existing business and constantly explore new opportunities. Create maximum awareness of QR’s products and services. Ensure quality customer service and smooth cargo operation of station. Managing VIP Cargo Logistics (imports and exports)
As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include:
· Planning, directing and controlling all selling and marketing activities in Doha and penetrating the local market to secure new sources of revenue and surpass set revenue budgets
· Preparing a Business and Marketing Plan in order to optimize revenue opportunities and maximize QR’s presence in the market
· Assist customers / clients with all information related to booking / forward/ delivery liaising with local Ground Handling Agents and with Head Office Cargo Department to ensure/ enhance a satisfactory service provided by QR.
· Daily management of VIP requests (calls and emails) on a 24/7 basis including after hours and weekends and maintaining the highest level of customer service standards.
· Managing the entire VIP movements (inbound and outbound) from quoting to delivery including contacting shipper, agent, consignee, outstation staff and others QR departments as required.
· Meeting VIP clients to discuss requests, future business and address and resolve complaints.

Qualifications
About you
· Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing and Sales, with minimum of 4 years relevant experience in airline sales and marketing
· Working knowledge of QR network as well as air cargo operations, products and process
· Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask while handling multiple projects for Qatar Royal Family, Ministries, High Net-Worth individuals, special events, and GCEO Office referrals.
· Flexibility to work during weekends and at night
· Fluency in written and spoken English, Arabic is a plus
