Description
Responsibilities/Communication/OHSE Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Verify the B/L details in system. • Generate Delivery Order against receipt or Invoice once B/L verified/approved by senior coordinator. • Update the remarks in existing systems – EBMS (QNL), & ORACLE. • Communicate with Milaha Shipping Agency Doc Team. • Generate Day End Cash & Cheque Statements. • Day to Day collection/receipt details to Milaha Shipping Accounts • Preparation & update of daily reports of credit customers. • D/O and B/L amendment as per instructions, if any. • Replacing other DO service clerk when his absence.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification/Experiences/Skills Education & Professional Qualification: Graduate/Diploma
Professional Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years in a Shipping Company .
Geographic Experience: N/A
Computer Skills: Well versed in MS Office applications.
Language Skills: Business fluent English
Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge: Good knowledge of shipping agency operations – Strong knowledge of freight services. – Knowledge of international and local freight regulations
