Description: 

To oversee financial transactions related to sales and customer benefits, manage agent relationships, and ensure accurate revenue reporting in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulations.

 

Description:

  • Participates in developing and executing the Finance ‘Accounting’ strategy to ensure its alignment with Hikma’s overall strategy.
  • Contributes to the creation and execution of Finance ‘Accounting’ policies, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant procedural and legislative requirements.

 

Accountabilities:

  • Maintaining records of customer benefits, debit and credit notes, and compensations.
  • Managing the Wasfti Project.
  • Ensuring the proper application of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Monitoring sales and marketing expenses.
  • Collaborating as a business partner with commercial teams.
  • Managing all financial matters with customers.
  • Addressing financial issues with agents.
  • Monitoring profitability.
  • Preparing sales-related reports.

 

Communications & working relationships:

  • Internal: Commercial team, sales operation team, accounting team, management, and compliance team.
  • External: Collaboration with a variety of external entities such as customers, auditors, and agents

Qualifications & Experiences:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
