To oversee financial transactions related to sales and customer benefits, manage agent relationships, and ensure accurate revenue reporting in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulations.
Description:
- Participates in developing and executing the Finance ‘Accounting’ strategy to ensure its alignment with Hikma’s overall strategy.
- Contributes to the creation and execution of Finance ‘Accounting’ policies, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant procedural and legislative requirements.
Accountabilities:
- Maintaining records of customer benefits, debit and credit notes, and compensations.
- Managing the Wasfti Project.
- Ensuring the proper application of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitoring sales and marketing expenses.
- Collaborating as a business partner with commercial teams.
- Managing all financial matters with customers.
- Addressing financial issues with agents.
- Monitoring profitability.
- Preparing sales-related reports.
Communications & working relationships:
- Internal: Commercial team, sales operation team, accounting team, management, and compliance team.
- External: Collaboration with a variety of external entities such as customers, auditors, and agents

Qualifications & Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- Minimum 4 years of related experience.
