AVEVA Pi Solution Consultant – position in Abu Dhabi UAE

A reputable industrial software and engineering company in the oil and gas sector is looking to hire a Full-Time Solution Consultant to be stationed in Abu Dhabi – UAE.

Job requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in AVEVA Pi system
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in OPC interfacing, PLC(s) and system configuration is a plus.
• Experience of Windows Server setup, Networking and understanding of IT structure.
• Experience in installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading the hardware and software components on different network levels.
• AVEVA Pi certification is a plus
• Holds a transferable residency in GCC
• Preferably currently living in Abu Dhabi, UAE
• Responsible, hard worker, committed, willing to learn and able to follow instructions
• Critical thinking and problem-solving attitude
• Good coordination skills and a team player
• Ability to travel on a regular basis to client sites
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness to the clients’ requests
• Client interface as needed for any of the following: software implementation or upgrade, problem resolution, enhancements, specialized reporting, training, etc.
