Key Accountabilities

  • Support the development and implementation of quality management systems (QMS) and compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies.
  • Actively participate in audits and assessments of quality systems, processes, and documentation to verify compliance with applicable local regulations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams on quality and compliance matters, including interpretation of regulations, standards, and guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures, work instructions, and documentation templates to standardize processes and ensure consistency in quality practices.
  • Conduct risk assessments and mitigation activities to identify and address potential quality and compliance risks within the organization’s operations.
  • Manage and track corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) resulting from audits, inspections, or non-conformance events, ensuring timely resolution and effectiveness verification.
  • Collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders to drive improvement initiatives and enhance quality performance.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on quality and compliance requirements during BAU activities and provide guidance and oversight to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate regulatory submissions and filings, including pre-market notifications, registrations, and license renewals, to facilitate timely approvals and overall compliance.
  • Support external audits and inspections by regulatory agencies, notified bodies, and customers, facilitating audit readiness activities.
  • Monitor changes in regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices, assessing their impact on the organization’s quality systems and recommending necessary updates and modifications.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and educational materials on quality and compliance topics to raise awareness, build competency, and ensure understanding among employees.
  • Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, driving initiatives to enhance product quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present reports, metrics, and findings related to quality and compliance performance to senior management, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders as needed.

 

Specific Requirements

  • Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field is mandatory
  • Practical and previous experience in KSA
  • Previous experience in Public Sectors
  • 10 years’ experience in relevant field is a minimum requirement
  • Familiarity with QMS principles and frameworks and the ability to develop, implement, and maintain effective quality systems within the organization.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  •  Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze large volumes of data in a concise and accurate manner.
  • In-depth knowledge of strategic reports, concept/strategic/operational models, and industry standards.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and tools to establish and maintain effective quality assurance processes, procedures, and controls.
  • Understanding of supplier quality management principles and practices, including supplier qualification, auditing, performance monitoring, and risk management.
