KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and support a positive HSE culture and behaviour across Subsea 7, with emphasis on marine operations.
  • Support the Subsea 7 Work Safe & Home Safe framework setting the tone and leading by example.
  • Contribute and actively participate in the delivery of our Sustainability culture.
  • All emails pertaining to the project/ Operations, especially those involving critical updates, client communications, and task assignments, should be shared within the designated project email group to ensures that every team member remains informed and aligned with project developments.
  • Aramco – Vessel documents submission & Approvals / Crew approvals.
  • Maintaining Vessel Inspection Schedule.
  • Keeping records of Vessel daily reports.
  • Logging Vessel Daily Fuel & Fresh water consumptions in spreadsheet.
  • Keeping records Vessels weekly fuel /freshwater client signed reports.
  • Operations Team – Port Gate Passes (Vehicle and personnel / Aramco ID’s / Vehicle Aramco Stickers) requests and renewals.
  • Tracking & managing Fleet Matrix.
  • Recording Vessel Bunker ROB survey reports.
  • Documents submissions to RMO – Coordinating with Project and Transport to arrange Delivery.
  • Monitoring Vessels KSA Marine Work permits.

 

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Foundation degree in business administration, supply chain management or relevant field.
  • Proficient in SAP and MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
  • Minimum 2 years’ Experience in Administration discipline.
  • Data Entry.
  • Data sorting and Filtering.
  • Formulas and functions.
  • PivotTables.
  • Data Validation.
  • Conditional Formatting.
  • PPT presentations.
  • Ms Word, Strong typing skills with a fast and accurate pace.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English; good communication and interpersonal skills.

 

PERSONAL SKILLS

  • Proven experience as logistics coordinator.
  • Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
  • Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, meticulous, and organized.
  • Independent and knowledgeable.
