Responsibilities
- Reviews cost proposals and pricing information.
- Prepares and administers contracts and purchase orders with vendors.
- Compares bids from vendors and determines, or assists with determination, to whom contracts will be awarded.
- Evaluate vendor proposals to ensure that all requirements are met.
- Confirms that terms and delivery dates are accurate.
- Evaluate the competence of vendors and review their invoices for accuracy.
- Maintains database regarding vendors’ performance and quality of product(s).
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- A tertiary-level qualification from an internationally recognized institution
Years & Nature of Experience
- Will be a fresh graduate with 3 years of experience in the same or a similar domain
- If with experience, would have been accountable for the completion of assigned tasks and project work and has developed a level of competence to carry out work independently
