JOB PURPOSE:

Performing on a professional manner, daily face to face life insurance sales process, to develop a sustainable network of insured Customers. After success, participating in the Management Academy in order to promote to Sales Manager role is in scope.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:   

 

Achieve assigned customer acquisition targets on a weekly/monthly basis.

Achieve assigned Premium production targets with the planned product mix on a weekly/monthly basis.

Drive balanced portfolio mix of protection and savings Lines of Business

Meet at least two (2) individuals on a daily basis, in order to perform financial planning process and achieve the assigned targets.

Service Customers with the highest standards of professionalism and integrity, conducting at least one annual service visit for each customer.

Facilitate, using all appropriate company guidelines, the Customer onboarding process.

Follow Agency mandatory daily activities such us Activity Tracker Implementation, Training sessions, Professional Certifications and others.

Perform MetLife VALUES in the Oman Market

 

COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

Internal: Team of Insurance Advisors, Agency Executive, Sales operation Team

External: Potential and Existing Customers

 

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Omani National

University Degree

5 years of working experience (preferred in the Private Sector)

Sales experience (in Insurance or other Markets) considered as an additional but not mandatory asset

Bilingual (Arabic & English)

Good understanding of Oman Market

Digitally Savvy
