Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with chefs to design innovative and appealing menus that align with our concept and target audience.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and food costs to ensure menu profitability.
- Oversee menu pricing strategies to balance value for guests and business goals.
- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant/bar/venue, ensuring smooth service delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Supervise food and beverage staff (servers, bartenders, cooks) to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following all health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement systems for ordering, receiving, storing, and controlling food and beverage inventory.
- Monitor food and beverage costs, identifying areas for waste reduction and cost optimization.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure the best pricing for ingredients and supplies.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably within the [Restaurant Type/Hotel/Venue Type] industry.
- Strong understanding of food and beverage service principles, menu planning, and cost control practices.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of staff in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in inventory management and food service software (POS systems).
