Loyalty Project Specialist

Other key responsibilities are:

• Build an effective collaboration within Loyalty and all involved project work streams through effective, transparent, and timely communication (in person and in writing) on projects’ status, progress, as well as other relevant project related details.
• Facilitate with the formation of cross departmental working teams to ensure project work packages are planned and requirements are obtained and shared with all relevant stakeholders.
• Manage the various project work packages from initiation to closure, ensuring successful project execution and delivery.
• Along with the Management, serve as the principle contact between the project working stream leads in order to facilitate continued communication and collaboration to ensure project success.
• Report on the health of the project and team performance against established service level agreements at set project progress reviews, and take proactive measures to ensure continued success, and alignment with Management expectations.
• Assist with reviewing and refining the guidelines and templates for the project planning and tracking approach ensuring they meet the project’s needs and contribute to its successful execution.
• Assist with defining and maintaining the work breakdown structure for all project plans.
• Facilitate to organise project management workshops to ensure adequate understanding and usage of project management tools within the various project teams.
• Track the change management requirements among the different stakeholders required to adopt new approaches.
• Monitor and escalate risks to the Project Lead in a timely manner and propose mitigation plans to safeguard projects success.
• Provide visibility and information to Loyalty PMO Management and help steer the Loyalty unit towards structured and controlled portfolio/program/project management.
• Keep abreast with any market trends and developments on the subject matters related to Project Management as well as Loyalty.

Qualifications

About You

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the loyalty team

• Min. Diploma, Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
• 4+ years of project management experience.
• Proven experience to present to work stream leads and management.
• Proven experience to foresee potential risk and blockers for project delivery.
• Ability to empathise with working groups to implement non-intrusive project tracking methods.
• Precise and structured in preparing presentations and project documentation.
