We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Manager to spearhead business growth within the Energy and Industrial Markets division at Mannai Corporation. This role demands a strategic approach to developing new business opportunities and expanding our company’s reach and reputation through effective relationships and market strategies.

Qatar
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Build market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
- Foster relationships with diverse clients and consultants to secure product approvals and vendor listings.
- Continuously assess the market to develop and adjust the product portfolio to meet evolving needs and trends.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through meticulous industry research and strategic networking.
- Analyze potential business deals, focusing on strategic alignment, requirements, and financial implications.
- Negotiate and close new business deals by coordinating with business segment heads, sales teams, and E&IM Management.
- Lead and implement innovative marketing campaigns across various channels to enhance brand visibility and market engagement.
SKILLS DESIRED:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 6-10 years of professional experience, ideally within the construction market industry or a related sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively manage key relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex projects and multiple tasks simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of the GCC and local markets, with a track record of effective market penetration and brand development.
